Enrollment Information

Enrollment is HERE! 

Our school office is open for enrollment.  Please be sure to bring the following when you come to enroll your child:

1.  Proof of residence

2.  Current vaccinations

3.  Parent Identification 

4.  Birth Certificate

5.  Physical exam (and for some grade levels dental exam)

6.  Any previous records from previous schools if applicable
